Berger single-component, extremely strong adhesive, an alternative to SIKA 554, WHITE

Description

Berger MS-Polymer No. 5 adhesive, which is black in colour, is an extremely strong, single-component (1K) hybrid assembly adhesive, designed for high-stress bonding applications in the bodywork and automotive sectors. Thanks to its very high initial tack and high final strength, it is suitable for applications subject to continuous dynamic loads – wind turbines, satellite systems or solar panels.

Application:

• Application temperature: from +5 °C to +40 °C
• Thoroughly clean and degrease the surfaces
• Cut the cartridge flush with the thread, screw on the nozzle and, if necessary, cut it to the correct size.
• Apply the desired layer thickness to one side using the applicator, position the parts and press them into place.
• It may only be painted or coated with suitable products once it has fully cured.
• Solvent-based paints/colours and other substances may inhibit or prevent the curing process.
