Description

Brunner's induction hob has adjustable power and a high-resistance ceramic glass cooking surface. Induction cooking heats the base of the pan not the whole hob.

The induction hob has a glass-ceramic surface on which the cookware is placed. Induction coils placed underneath generate a magnetic field when the cooking surface is energised. The glass ceramic surface is heated only by the heat generated by the cookware and only where it comes into contact with the induction hob.
