Dekaphon 9735, sprayable anti-corrosive bodywork protection spray (500 ml)

Description

DEKAPHON 9735 is a substance that forms a tough protective coating with anti-corrosive properties. In addition, DEKAPHON 9735 has a sound-absorbing effect and provides the underside of the vehicle including chassis components with effective protection against the impact of stones, various corrosive substances (e.g. salt) and water.

• Cleaning with: solvent (fresh), mechanical (cured)
• Solids content (DIN 53216, 3 hours at 120°C): approx. 33% solids
• Temperature resistance (hardened): -25°C to +80°C
• Resistant (20°C, cured): water, salt spray, oil, light bases and acids
• Touch dry (20°C, 65% RH): about 75 minutes (± 400 µm wet)
• Fully dry (20°C, 65% RH): about 135 minutes (± 400 µm wet)

Method of application:

1. The surface to be sprayed must be clean, dry, free from rust, dust and grease.
2. Shake for 2-3 minutes before use.
3. Maintain a spraying distance of approximately 30 cm.
4. Spray until desired coverage is achieved.
5. Allow to dry until a consistent film forms.
