Dometic "Mini Heki Style" 40 x 40 hinged opening hatch with retractable blind

Description

Roof hatch for caravans and motorhomes for 40 x 40 cm void. This model of hatch can be fitted without screwing into the roof of the vehicle (the outer frame is attached to the inner frame.

Mini Heki Style hatches are available in 2 versions:

• with permanent ventilation (the gasket is interrupted on a portion) to ensure permanent ventilation and prevent excessive interior humidity build-up
• without permanent ventilation where the lid is hermetically sealed.

The lid is transparent, lightly tinted, with PMMA thermopane glass and aerodynamic shape. PMMA is a highly transparent thermoplastic polymer. Because of its transparency, aesthetic appearance and scratch resistance it can be considered a lighter alternative to glass ( it is also referred to as "acrylic glass").

The lid can be opened in three different positions: fully open, half open and aj ajar (bad weather position).

The hatch is fitted with a retractable mosquito screen and mosquito net.

The package contains 3 components: hatch + frame (these are screw-fitted by cutting the plastic spacers according to the ceiling thickness as per the table below) and the lower frame with a louvre and mosquito net that clips to the upper frame.
