GasOkay gas leak detector, for fitting onto a threaded gas hose

Description

It is an easy-to-use safety device that allows you to check the gas system for leaks and immediately detect even the smallest ones.

How does it work?

Inside the blue capsule are two vials containing a gel-like liquid. When the capsule is pressed, the vials connect to the system and are pressurised, whilst an LED illuminates them from behind to make the reading easier. If the system is correctly pressurised, the liquid level between the two vials will be the same; if there is a leak, the liquid level will shift within one of the two vials, in the direction of the gas leak. As well as detecting a pressure loss, GasOkay therefore allows you to identify the section of the system where you need to look for the point requiring repair, either upstream or downstream of the detector, thus making this operation easier.

How is it installed?

This version of GasOkay is fitted between the low-pressure hose (fitted with a G 1/4 LH thread) from the gas regulator and the Ø 8 mm gas pipe.
