Induction hob with adjustable temperature, 200 - 2000W

Description

The Tristar induction hob has an adjustable temperature range from 60° - 240°, 8-step timer up to 180 min and overheating protection. Induction cooking heats the base of the pan not the whole hob.

The induction hob has a glass-ceramic surface on which the cooking dish is placed. Induction coils placed underneath generate a magnetic field when the cooking surface is energised. The glass ceramic surface is therefore heated only by the heat generated by the cookware and only where it comes into contact with the induction hob.

It is recommended to use cookware with a magnetic base or cookware made of alloy steel and cast iron. Excluded are cookware made of stainless steel, aluminium, copper, copper, glass, clay without magnetic base.
