Description

For pre-treatment of smooth surfaces for bonding or sealing using any Sika® product. Clean the required surface with a lint-free cloth or paper towel.

SIKA Activator 205 is a clear solvent-based cleaning agent that reacts with moisture and acts as a bond between the substrate and the adhesive or sealant. Sika® Activator-205 has been specially developed for pre-treatment of surfaces in combination with Sikaflex® and Sikasil® adhesives/sealants. The Activator facilitates the hardening of the adhesive leading to increased bond strength.
