Description
A solar charger collects energy from solar panels and transmits it to the batteries. Using the latest, fastest technology, Victron BlueSolar maximises this energy collection, intelligently managing it to achieve a full charge in the shortest possible time. BlueSolar maintains the integrity of the batteries, extending their lifespan.
The BlueSolar charge controller will charge even an extremely discharged battery. The BlueSolar Regulator can operate with a battery voltage of 0 volts (provided the cells are not completely sulfated or otherwise damaged).
BlueSolar charger description meaning:
100 = 100V maximum voltage from photovoltaic panels. The maximum voltage is specified in the panel specifications
50 = 50A is the maximum charging current that can be transmitted to the batteries
BlueSolar = remote control and monitoring of the extended features of the BlueSolar MPPT charger can be done by attaching a Bluetooth key and pairing it with your smart phone or other device via VictronConnect(NO direct bluetooth connection)

Ultra-fast Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT)

Advanced maximum power point detection under partial shading conditions

Charging power

Battery life through intelligent battery management
- When a solar charge controller fails to recharge the battery in one day to its full capacity, the partial charge state will lead to the destruction of the battery in a few weeks or months.
- The battery reliability algorithm registers the percentage of battery charge, and increases it daily until the harvested solar energy is enough to fully charge the battery, meaning that the algorithm modulates the level of load disconnection so that once every week 100% charging will be achieved
