Description

Victron Energy MultiPlus C 12/2000 inverter with mains charger, maximum power 4000W. The Energy MultiPlus is a pure sine wave inverter combined with an adaptive mains charger and many other functions for integrating the various components of the camper’s electrical circuit. Once installed, the Victron MultiPlus continuously generates 220V power: if the camper is not connected to the mains, it draws 12V power from the auxiliary battery. When connected to the mains, the Victron MultiPlus automatically switches to 220V whilst simultaneously charging the auxiliary battery.

The MultiPlus’s unique PowerAssist
function will prevent overloading a limited AC power source, such as a generator or a shore connection. Firstly, the battery charge rate will be automatically reduced when an overload would otherwise occur. Secondly, it will boost the output of a generator or shore power supply using energy drawn from the battery.

Uninterrupted AC power supply (UPS function)
ÎIn the event of a mains failure or when the shore power or generator supply is disconnected, the inverter within the Multi is automatically activated and takes over the power supply to the connected loads. This happens so quickly (in less than 20 milliseconds) that computers and other electronic equipment will continue to operate without interruption.

Remote
monitoring and control When paired with a GX device (e.g. Cerbo GX), you can monitor and control the Multi and your system or systems locally (via LAN) or remotely via the internet, from anywhere in the world, using the free VRM app and the free VRM portal website. Access is available via a phone, tablet, laptop or PC across multiple operating systems. The level of control is unlimited, ranging from adjusting the Multi to automatically starting a backup generator and much more.
