Wireless "Mopeka" gas level indicator 1 cylinder

Description

Wireless "Mopeka" cylinder gas level indicator. The sensor attaches magnetically to the base of the gas tank. Using the "Mopeka" app (available for Android and iOS) the level gauge can be monitored for up to 4 tanks. The standard Mopeka Tank Check sensor works on 4.5, 6, 9, 11, 14 and 18 kg gas cylinders and horizontal LPG tanks.

The sensor can only be magnetically attached to steel tanks / cylinders. For attachment to aluminium tanks / cylinders an adaptor must be used, which can be purchased separately from here. The sensor is NOT compatible with composite (plastic) tanks / cylinders.

WARNING:
The bottom of the tank needs enough space for attaching the sensor. If the tank is placed directly on the ground or other flat surfaces or if it is placed on another support that does not have cutouts, then you will need to add the 3 TankCheck spacers that are supplied in the package
If the tank moves or vibrates, it will degrade the signal quality.
Tank movement can cause the fluid to drop, sometimes causing erratic readings. Readings should return to normal after a few minutes.
It is common to see the level change slightly as the temperature changes.
The Tank Check sensor is shipped in sleep mode to protect battery life. You must press the Sync button on the sensor at least 5 times to initiate communication with the app.
